And now the best part. If you find a buyer from any method at all, you will have a choice. I will represent you, and your interests in the sale of your property, for just 1.5% of the sales price. I will be acting officially as your agent and will review contracts, assist with addendums and inspections, plus anything else required by the terms of the contract.
Because you will be in a For Sale by Owner status, we will not be placing your property in the MLS. Even though your property will not be in the MLS, there is a chance we may acquire a buyer interested in your home. If this is the case, I will be compensated 2.5% of the sales price.
At some point, you may wish to go fully active for sale, including the MLS. You may do this at any time, usually 30, 60 or even 90 days out. In this case, you will be fully listed for sale with a ttal fee of 4% of the sales price, with 2.5% offered as a cobroke in the MLS and 1.5% paid to our brokerage at close of escrow.
You may cancel at anytime!!!
Lastly, if you are going to be buying a new home, even if you are moving out of state, I would love to assist you.
