The owners of this website have been involved in the real estate industry for over 10 years.  Prior to selling real estate and opening their own real estate brokerage in Arizona, they had sold their own homes themselves.  The first time was in 2000 in Massachusetts and was a true For Sale by Owner.  It took one week to receive a full price offer and three weeks to close escrow.  The second time was in Arizona and we utilized one of the Flat Fee companies.  We paid them $2995 up front, got MLS exposure, held open houses for 8 weeks and eventually got our home sold.

We know there are people who want to go the For Sale by Owner route.  I was one of those people and had relatively good success.  I respect this decision and have decided to build the largest national for sale by owner website in the country.  Not only will we help people trying to sell their own homes, but we will also help people trying to rent out their properties.
